The colors of my life
The time on the farm
I grew up on a farm with my 4 older sisters in the middle of my parents' war of divorce.I had to learn to function quickly and to fulfill the roles of obedient daughter and ambitious student to be loved.
My nature as a creative wild child and freedom-loving manifestor is slowed down and I am developing destructive habits such as nail biting and a deep self-rejection.
The world is colorful!
After graduating from high school, I start a new life as a student: London is Calling!
For the first time, I am thinking outside the box and recognize: Wow, the world is colorful and diverse!
I love the diversity of people, their clothing styles, their eating habits and that everyone can be just the way they are!
The beauty of our planet inspires me so much that I do a world trip in 2010/11 .
Climbing up the career ladder!
With distinction, I am graduating from the British Elite University St Andrews (Scotland) in Human Resources Management (M.A.) and I am starting my career as Human Resources Business Partner.
I work successfully in world-leading companies such as Amazon, Hilti AG or Paul Hartmann AG in different countries in Europe.
The development and coaching of managers and employees is my thing and gives me great pleasure.

As a young woman, my father died and suddenly, at the age of 24, my mother as well. The extent of pain and grief cannot be described in words. My mother was my favorite person in the world.
In 2018, I pulled the emergency brake and separate from my long-term partner.
The question remains: "Who am I when everyone is leaving me?"

Since 2018, I have been working on a healthy and loving relationship with myself.
Thanks to meditation, psychotherapeutic support, coaching, yoga, seminars on personality development, silence & meditation retreats and a trip to India, I have matured so much that I can pass on my knowledge to other people.
Since 2022, I am working as Coach with EASC certification.
